AAging Better’s Home Care services include:
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Bathing, Dressing, and Personal Hygiene
- Eating Assistance and/or Feeding
- Diet Monitoring and Compliance
- Transport or Escort to Appointments
- Medication Reminders
- Grocery Shopping and Medication Pick-up
- Transfers and Standby Assistance
- Toileting Assistance
- Wheelchairs and/or Walkers Assistance
- Companionship and Social Activities
- Skilled Nursing Care (RNs and LPNs) – Idaho only
- Case Management (coordination of care)
- Coordination of Billing with Long-Term Care Insurance
We are available seven days a week, with a minimum of 2 hours per visit, including holidays. Additionally, we offer around-the-clock, 24-hour care at a reduced rate for those who require continuous support. We prioritize client comfort and satisfaction, beginning with a free in-home assessment by an RN, Area Manager, or senior intake manager to determine the appropriate level of care. We value open communication and collaboration, involving clients and family members in the development of a personalized Care Plan. We also facilitate meetings between clients and potential caregivers to ensure a comfortable and compatible match.
